燕麦片250g、玉米片100g、扁桃仁片50g、瓜子仁60g、蔓越梅干60g、蓝莓干50g、加州葡萄干30g、橄榄油或山茶花油30g、黄油30g、枫糖90g
做法/步骤:
1.准备食材

2.100度预热烤箱,将瓜子仁和扁桃仁片烤制10分钟

3.隔水溶化黄油,之后加入枫糖和橄榄油搅拌均匀

4. 将燕麦片和玉米片加入糖浆中搅拌均匀

5. 再干果加入搅拌均匀

6. 最后加入烤好放凉的果仁搅拌均匀

7. 烤盘铺好油纸待用

8. 预热烤箱180度,将麦片均匀铺在烤盘上,中层烤制10分钟,之后取出再翻拌后烤制8分钟,食材微焦黄即可

9. 取出后翻拌晾凉
